1940s Brandy Blazer

2 oz California brandy
1 lump sugar
 lemon peel
orange peel

In a mixing glass gently warm brandy. Light with a match, stir with a long spoon for a few seconds and strain onto stemmed glass. Pour over sugar and serve with a piece of lemon and orange peel.
