1940s Georgia Julep

1 1/2 jiggers fine whiskey
1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
4 fresh mint leaves
crushed ice

Place all in large glass, fill with crushed ice and stir gently intil glass is frosted. Note that the mint is not bruised in this recipe.
