1 oz white Tequila
1 oz Tia Maria
6 oz Baileys Irish Cream

Mix Tequila, Southern Comfort and Tequila over ice. Add Baileys, and mix in blender. Strain into tall glass over crushed ice. Finish with whipped cream and 3mm straw.

This cocktail was created in the Brasshouse in Bournemouth, UK. We served all popular cocktails, and created many new takes on Hot Shots etc. This was the house cocktail created to hit the drinker with everything it had... about ten minutes after drinking!!!
