Gluehwein


5 qts apple cider or apple mix
2 sliced oranges
1 sliced lemon
6 cinnamon sticks
6 cloves
3 qts burgundy wine

Pour apple cider into a 10 quart pot under medium heat. Mix in lemon, orange, cinnamon stick and cloves. Boil. Reduce boil to simmer and add burgundy. Cover with lid or aluminum foil ( this helps maintain the alcohol content). Simmer 15 min. Serve warm in tall mug or wine glass. For individual servings use 4-5 oz cider to 2 oz wine.
