1960s Gordon Cocktail


2 oz gin
 1/2 oz dry sherry

In a chilled cocktail glass pour in sherry and swirl around glass. In a mixing glass filled with cracked ice chill gin. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with lemon or lime curl.

Author's note: A Martini with dry sherry instead of vermouth. Properly, Duff Gordon sherry and Gordon gin should be used.
