Heather's Pleasures

1 1/2 oz. dry gin
1/2 oz. peach schnapps
2 1/2 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. Tequila
1/4 fresh peach


Muddle fresh skinless peach in bottom of a collins glass with the tequila. Add ice and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and add cherry garnish.

 One of my very closest friends,Heather(believe it or not!)hasn't seen me for quite a while as Ispent so long abroad. So I missed her birthday and couldn't make Christmas. This drink is a late birthday/Christmas gift and a way of showing how much she means to me.
