Horse's Neck

 

2 oz. blended whiskey
ginger ale
Lemon

Peel the rind of a lemon into a spiral and place in collins (tall) glass with one end hanging over the rim. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Fill with ginger ale and stir well.
