Italian Embrace


1 pint strawberries
200 ml limoncello
750 ml Prosecco or sparkling white wine

Wash and hull strawberries. Purée in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pass through a sieve, if liked. Add limoncello and stir. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour. Pour 2 oz chilled strawberry purée into a champagne flute and then top with chilled sparkling wine.
