Jell-O Shots

1 (3 oz) package Jell-O any flavor
6 oz boiling water
6 oz any spirit

Pour Jell-O mix into a medium bowl. Add boiling water and stir until all the gelatin is dissolved. Stir in spirit - vodka is most popular although rum is very good too. Pour into mold, pan or shot glasses and refrigerate. Serve cold.

I have the egg molds from Easter, these are a lot of fun. Friends make these by the pan and use cookie cutters in the shape of stars, bells and little men.
