Juliet

11/4 oz light rum
2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1 1/4 oz coconut syrup
2 oz milk
2 oz strawberry puree


Place strawberry puree into stem beer goblet. Blend other ingrediants with crushed ice and pour into glass over straberry puree. Garnish with whole strawberry and mint sprig and straw.
