6 oz tequila
1/2 lemon
2 oz seltzer
In a mixing glass combine tequila, juice of 1/2 lemon and 2 oz of seltzer. Strain into shot glasses, leaving about a fifth of the glass unfilled. Cover the top of the glass with your bare palm, or a cloth serviette under your palm. Raise the glass above the table, "slam" the glass down not too hard else you'll break it! This action will mix the two ingredients, and create a massive fizz in the glass. The art now is to drink the entire contents of the shot glass, in one gulp!
