Eggnog Batter


12 eggs, separated
8 oz sugar
1 qt heavy cream
1 qt milk

Beat egg yolks with sugar until dissolved. Add milk and cream. Stiffly beat egg whites then add. Chill in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
