Pina Colada Mix


1 part Coco Lopez coconut cream
3 parts pineapple juice
lime or lemon

Combine in blender. If too sweet, squeeze juice of lemon or lime to taste. Store in airtight jar and refrigerate. Keeps for no more than two weeks.
