Rhubarb Syrup Mix

5 stalks rhubarb, sliced
16 oz water
8 oz sugar

Boil sliced stalks of rhubarb in water until soft. Then add sugar and dissolve completely (may need to add additional water) over low flame. Strain through cheese cloth and collect juice.
