Simple Sugar


2 cups sugar
1 cup water

Combine sugar and water in saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool, consistency should be about that of honey. Keep refrigerate.

For added flavor, add 1 tbs. vanilla before boiling.
