Strawberry Mix


2 lbs fresh strawberries
1 lemon
sugar

Remove caps from strawberries and puree in blender. Over a large saucepan, pour puree into large cheesecloth, gently squeeze to extract juice. For every cup of juice add one cup sugar. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Squeeze juice of lemon and cool 5 to 10 minutes then store in airtight jar and refrigerate.
