Club Macanudo's
Orange Cocoa Martini


1 tbs cocoa powder
2 oz Absolut Mandarin Vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
orange peel

Place cocoa on a small flat plate. Moisten rim of martini glass with water or vodka and dip rim into cocoa. Set glass aside (preferably in a refrigerator or freezer). Pour vodka and Cointreau over ice. Shake well. Strain liquid into cocoa-rimmed glass. Float orange peel in the glass.
