1/2 oz apricot brandy
1/2 oz amaretto
3 oz pineapple juice
fill champagne

Combine brandy, amaretto and pineapple juice in mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into Tom Collins glass filled with ice and top with champagne. Garnish with a lime wheel and cherry.
