In
large glass or shaker combine ingredients over ice. Strain into chilled
cocktail glass. Squeeze lime wedge over mixture. *Editor's note: If you don't have time to make the rhubarb infusion, Miss Cocktail recommends this faster method. Prepare rhubarb syrup by boil 5 sliced stalks of Rhubarb in 2 cups water until soft. Then add 1 cup sugar and dissolve completely (may need to add additional water). Strain through cheese cloth and collect juice. Use 1 1/2 oz vodka and 1/2 oz sweetened rhubarb syrup. |
