1960s Roma

1 oz dry gin
1/4 oz Amaro Italian bitter liqueur
1/4 oz Strega
Italian liqueur

Stir well with ice and strain into stemmed champagne glass. Float narrow strip of orange peel on top. Serve with small wedges of pizza pie and large ripe olives.
