Traditional recipe


1 pint strawberries
750 ml Prosecco or sparkling white wine

Wash and hull strawberries. Purée in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pass through a sieve, if liked. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour. Pour the chilled strawberry purée into a flute (1/3) and then add chilled sparkling wine (2/3).
