Sangria

4 nectarines
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
100 ml vodka
6 tbsps sugar
750 ml white sparkling wine
Remove peel and stones from nectarines and cut flesh into pieces. Put these pieces into a large carafe and add sugar and vodka; stir and let the mixture rest in a cool place for about 2 hours. At this point add orange and lemon slices and pour in white wine. Stir and preserve in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
