Ski Cup

2 lemons
1/4 tsp cinnamon

8 whole cloves

1/2 cup sugar
2 750 ml red dinner wine
2 cups white dinner wine
1/4 cup brandy
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Slice one lemon for garnish, the other remove all fruit and keep rind in strips. Place rind, cinnamon, cloves, sugar and white wine in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil then lower heat to simmer, about 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer and stir until hot - do not boil. Strain and serve in stemmed mugs with lemon slice. (Serves 18).
