Ski Slope Stumble

1/2 oz Yukon Jack
1/2 oz Southern Comfort
1 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz Midori
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz sours
1 cup crushed ice

Add all ingredients and blend in blender. Serve in tall glass with slice of lime or lemon.
