Whiskey Daisy


10 oz Wild Turkey bourbon
1 1/4 oz grenadine
2.5 oz lemon juice
10 oz Perrier sparkling natural mineral water

In a 16 oz mixing glass half filled with ice combine grenadine, lemon juice and bourbon. Stir. Strain 3 oz into old fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water. Serves four.
